Library Announces Move to New Location
January 23, 2012 – The Walpole Public Library will be closed February 8 through 28 so that staff may complete the relocation of the library to the newly built facility next to Walpole Town Hall. The new location will provide easier access, more parking, and improved community and study space for Walpole residents.
During the move, updates will be posted on the library’s website (www.walpolelibrary.org) and through its Facebook page.
The Walpole Public Library will open for service in its new location at 143 School Street beginning 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, February 29.

Wondering where to get started with OCLN eBooks or downloadable audio books?
eBooks and digital audio books can be downloaded through the OCLN catalog [select Download E-Books & Audio from the menu bar]. Once you get to that page you can view instructions for your device using the MyHelp! option on the left hand menu. Also, we have gathered a few demonstration videos that can be accessed online. Take a look!
New OCLN Text Message Alert system!
Anyone with an OCLN Library Card can register to receive text messages when holds become available and items are about to be due. For more info. go to the OCLN public site and view the FAQs.

Navigating the Catalog Search Challenge
It's possible you've encountered this in your searching experience: you type in the title of a book, and it either says something like "unavailable for display" or it sends you to the location page and there isn't anything under "on shelf location." We've set up this demo with some tips to navigate around this.
