The Friends of the Library are a volunteer organization dedicated to enhancing the Swansea Public Library's services to its patrons and encouraging community use of the library. Funded by annual dues and fundraising activities, the Friends support programs for all ages and provide materials and equipment not covered by the annual operating budget.
New members are always welcomed and encouraged to participate and volunteer. Applications are available at the library, or online. Click here to view and print the application (in PDF format).
