Teens wanted for Summer Reading Volunteer Program!
Apply in person!

We are currently accepting applications for our annual Summer Reading Teen Volunteer Program. Applicants must be incoming seventh through twelfth graders to participate in the program, which runs from Jun. 3 through Jul. 13. This is a great program to help teens looking for volunteer hours, job experience for a resume, or even a letter of recommendation.

Each volunteer will be required to work a 2- 2 ½ hour weekly shift. Duties include staffing the Summer Reading Club station and assisting with programs.

Teens can apply and volunteer at either the Dundee Library, located at 555 Barrington Ave. (Rt. 68) in East Dundee or the Randall Oaks Branch Library at 500 North Randall Road (lower level of the Randall Oaks Recreation Center) in West Dundee. Interested teens must apply in person at their desired location. Questions can also be directed to dundeelibvolunteers@frvpld.info for the Dundee Library or ranoakslibvolunteers@frvpld.info for the Randall Oaks Branch.
