Friends of the Library
An annual cookbook sale at the Deerfield Farmers Market is one way that the Friends of the Deerfield Public Library raises money and connects with the community. September 17, 2011 was another sunny, successful sale day! We hope to see you next year!

Used Books Are Always Needed:

The Friends are accepting used books in good condition for their ongoing and annual book sales. Gently-used adult and children's books (including paperbacks) sell quickly, and more are always needed. This is a great way to “recycle” books that you have already read and don't need to keep. Please bring your donated books to the Library's Circulation desk. (At this time we are unable to sell school textbooks or books that have been heavily written-in or highlighted)

Volunteer Opportunities:
If you would like to volunteer for any of the Friends-sponsored events, fundraising activities, or inquire about the Friends Board, call the Friends at (847) 945-3311 ext. 8895 or email the Friends at friends@deerfieldlibrary.org.
